At Aurauniq by Ash, each piece of jewellery is carefully inspected and packed with utmost care. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in rare cases mentioned below.
❌ No Returns / No Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Colour or design expectations
Slight variations in finish or appearance (handcrafted items may have minor variations)
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Product
A replacement or refund will be considered only if:
You receive a wrong product, or
The product is damaged during transit
📌 Conditions to Raise a Request
An unboxing video is mandatory (continuous video without cuts)
The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Original packaging must be intact
Without an unboxing video, no claims will be accepted.
🔁 Resolution Process
After verification, we will offer:
Replacement of the same product, or
Refund (only if replacement is not available)
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
🚚 Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Return shipping (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the mistake is from our side
